Engineering & Technology
All the programs offered by Thiagarajar College of Engineering are affiliated to Anna University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The course methodology focuses on classroom interaction, self-learning, periodical evaluation, projects, partnerships with leading institutions, and ultimately - transformation through education.
The Institution has the following programs:
- B.E. Degree Programs
- B.Tech. Degree Programs
- M.E. Degree Programs
- MCA - Master of Computer Applications.
The B.E./B.Tech degree programs are of 8 semester (4 year) duration. The first semester courses are common to all disciplines. The degree requirements include successful completion of core courses, electives, practical sessions and a project in the final semester.
The M.E degree program is of 4 semester (2 year) duration and the MCA degree program is of 6 semester (3 year) duration.
