INAUGURAL FUNCTION 2023-2024

The much-anticipated inaugural function of ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT marked a momentous occasion on 24/07/2023 at KS AUDITORIUM from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, and it was attended by esteemed Principal (i/c) Dr.M.PALANINATHARAJA sir, Head of the EEE Department Dr.C.K.BABULAL sir, Chief Guest Ms.R.M.KABILA, respected faculty members, staff and students.

The function begins with the prayer song and lighting of kuthuvilaku.

The function commenced with a warm and heartfelt welcome address by Ms.M.SANKARI, General Secretary, Final Year.

Followed by the HOD ADDRESS by Dr.C.K.BABULAL sir, addressed the audience focusing on the department's role in shaping students' academic journeys.

The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr.M.PALANINATHARAJA sir.

The inaugural address was delivered by Mr.s.R.M.KABILA, the public and motivation speaker and Alumni TCE Madurai.

During the Inaugural Function, a special moment was dedicated to honor and appreciate the esteemed Chief Guest, Mr.s.R.M.KABILA.

The Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Association Address was given by Mr.V.R.ANANDHA KRISHNAN, General Secretary, Final Year

The Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Association Activities Address was given by Mr.R.ABBAS, General Secretary, Final Year

The IEEE Association Activities and IEI Association Activities Address was given by Mr.R.AADITHYA, General Chair(IEEE), Final Year and Ms.R.DEEPASHRI, General coordinator (IEI).

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms.P.GAYATHRI, General Secretary, Final Year.

EVENT 1 – MACHINES MASTERS

The event MACHINE MASTERS was successfully conducted for the third year students by the EEE ASSOCIATION. Around 70 students

participated in the first round of the event(MCQ) on 2^nd August,2023, from 2.30 to 3.00pm. Then the shortlisted moved on to the next round which was conducted from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.

The following students are shortlisted for second round in MACHINE MASTERS:

In round 2 the students were asked to solve problems and rapid reasoning quiz is conducted and the winners were chosen based on the performance.

EVENT 2 – BINARY BYTES - I

The event BINARY BYTES-I was successfully conducted for the third year students by the EEE ASSOCIATION. Around 70 students participated in the first round of the event which was conducted on 16th August, 2023 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, where they answered the MCQ questions. Then the shortlisted moved on to the next round which was conducted on 17th August, 2023 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.

In round 2 the students were asked to solve problems and the winners were chosen based on the performance.

FRESHERS EVENT

The event commenced with a warm welcome address by ASSOCIATION MEMBERS, who extended greetings to the incoming students and highlighted the significance of the day from 28^th August to 1^st September 2023.
 

Ice-breaking activities were organized to help students break the initial barriers and interact with their peers. These activities aimed at creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
 

A feedback session was conducted to gather the thoughts and opinions of the freshers about the event. This feedback will be valuable for future event planning and improvements.

BINARY BYTES - II

The result of the event – “BINARY BYTES-II” which was conducted for the students of Second year was given below. The first round was conducted on 04th October, 2023 from 2:30 to 4:30 pm and the second round was conducted on 10th October, 2023 from 4.30 to 5.15 pm. We thank all the students for their active participation in the event.
