Objectives
Prepare the next generation leaders & entrepreneurs
Provide motivation and mentorship to guide in career path options
Create a support system which can be used beyond college days for career development, work-life integration, etc.
Benefits
Develop and hone leadership skills in potentials.
Getting mentoring and exposure from Industry experts
Establish a sustainable framework between College, Alumni & Students
LiA Members – Selection Criteria
Target Students: 3rd year.
Student selection criteria:
20% - CGPA >= 6.5 & arrears <= 3
20% - faculty recommendation
60% - exercises to identify leadership potential ( Self Assessment, Strength Finder, MBTi, One page essay )
